is a high precision custom machine shop that has built an industry leading reputation with regards to quality and on time delivery over the years. It is our policy to supply products and services which at all times meet and or exceed both the design requirements and the quality specifications of customer contracts.

We specialize exclusively in high precision machining and assembling of a components for numerous customers. We provide integrated and value‐added services with regards to multi component kitting and supply chain management

 In our 40 years of business, we have grown progressively to our present facility where we preside in 14,000 square feet of manufacturing space. Currently we are employing 35 highly skilled personnel whom are having at their disposal some of the most advanced state of the art technology and equipment. This allows us to maintain our continued goal of achieving the highest quality standards in the industry. Presently we are working at 50 to 60 % of our normal capacity, hence we are able to accommodate a large influx of new work into our workplace and still maintain our excellent level of quality and on time service.

Our extensive, leading‐edge computer‐aided manufacturing software and equipment allows us to produce precision parts and assemblies in virtually all metals, plastics and composites including: solid stock, castings or forgings, aluminum, steel, stainless steel, aluminum bronze, copper, super alloys, nylon, Teflon, delrin and various plastics. We are capable of milling parts up to 38” X 20” X 20” and turning parts up to 13” in diameter X 18” long.

Combined with the skills and experience of our personnel, J.T.P Industries can produce and assemble very tight tolerance parts with complicated shapes. We do it efficiently, on schedule and at the lowest overall cost while maintaining the highest standard of workmanship. People are an important part of any business, but especially in the highly precise nature of manufacturing aerospace components. It is for this reason that we feel strongly that those persons employed at J.T.P Industries maintain the same commitment to quality which was established when this comp any was created. Our core labor force has been with the J.T.P family for an average of 20 years.
